DEGITEX FANCY is a ring-frame attachment that uses precision motion control to vary the drafting zone and produce yarn with controlled thick-thin variations, multiple twist levels, and complex slub profiles.
It produces slub yarn, multi-count, multi-twist and negative slub, products extensively used in denims, shirting, home decor, women's wear and knitting. Venturing into slub yarns manufacturing is advisable where profit margins are high as compared to normal yarn, and it helps to build brand image as a specialty manufacturer.
The machine accepts programmes via Excel sheet, no specialist skills required on the floor. Programmes are stored digitally and can be recalled with full precision for repeat orders.
