Each H&D facility is managed by a technically trained team with in-house electrical and mechanical capabilities. We do not outsource maintenance or quality control, both happen under our own roof.
This is where the H&D story began. A 75,000 sq ft facility built on land the Girase family converted from agricultural use, a fact that says everything about the founder's commitment. The unit started with hand-picked machines and a team trained from the ground up, and it set the quality standards every subsequent unit is held to.
Currently operating at 12,000 spindles with over 100 employees. A new 60,000 sq ft plot acquired adjacent to the factory is being developed for further expansion.
Silvassa is one of India's most active synthetic yarn production zones, and H&D has established a strong presence here. The DeepDiamond unit at Naroli houses 15,000 spindles in a 1,20,000 sq ft facility, making it the largest unit in the group.
Operational from May 2026, the facility is equipped with DEGITEX Fancy Slub Attachment technology, expanding H&D's specialty yarn capability alongside standard production.
The most ambitious project in the H&D Group story. A 21,000-spindle fully automated spinning facility at Nardana MIDC in Dhule, designed from the ground up for maximum output per employee with minimal manual intervention in the spinning process.
Construction is actively underway on the acquired land at Nardana MIDC. The unit is on track to begin production by Diwali 2026, which will bring the group's total capacity to 52,000+ spindles.
