Our Fancy Slub range is made possible by the DEGITEX Innovative Fancy Slub Attachment, designed and built entirely in-house. It produces slub variations that are difficult to achieve with standard ring frames, opening up product categories that command significantly higher margins.

We produce Slub Yarn, Multi-Count, Multi-Twist, and Negative Slub as per buyer specification. Each programme is stored digitally and repeatable with high precision across runs.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum order quantities vary by product type and count. Please reach out through our Contact page with your specific requirement, our team will confirm MOQ and lead time for your order.

Do you offer sample orders before bulk purchase?

Yes. For first-time buyers, we can arrange sample cones for quality evaluation before committing to a bulk order. Lead time for samples is typically 5-7 working days. Contact us with the count and fibre type you need.

What count ranges are available?

We offer yarn in counts ranging from 10s to 60s depending on fibre type. For Cotton and Polyester, the full 10s to 60s range is available. Viscose and blended yarns are available from 10s to 40s. For Fancy Slub Yarn, counts are produced as per buyer specification.

Do you supply dyed yarn or only grey yarn?

H&D Group currently supplies grey (undyed/ecru) yarn. For dyed requirements, we can guide buyers to appropriate dyeing partners, or buyers can opt for in-house dyeing after purchase depending on their processing setup.

What is your typical lead time for bulk orders?

Lead times for bulk orders are typically 15-30 days depending on the quantity, count, and current production schedule. For urgent or standing orders, discuss your volume and timeline with our team directly.

Can you make custom fibre blends?

Yes. Our technical team can assess the feasibility of custom blend ratios (e.g., 65/35 PV, 80/20 PC) and value-added specifications based on your fabric requirement. Get in touch with a brief describing your end use and the properties you need.
