H&D Group started in 2020 on 60,000 sq ft of agricultural land in Dhule, Maharashtra, land the Girase family converted and built on with their own funding. What began with 5,000 spindles and 30 workers has grown into a multi-unit operation spanning Maharashtra and Silvassa in just six years.
Today the group runs 31,000+ spindles across three facilities with 400+ employees. By Diwali 2026, Shree Bhoomi Mills will add another 21,000 fully automated spindles, bringing the group's total to 52,000+.
